Advantage Agency does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, customers, appointments, impressions, clicks, conversions, revenue, return on advertising spend, or other business result. Advertising results vary based on numerous factors outside the company's control.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required approvals, and any content, assets, or access needed for us to perform services. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information or content you provide.

The website, including its content, layout, design, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Advantage Agency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the website without prior written permission.

Our services may involve third-party platforms and technologies, including advertising platforms such as Google and Meta. Use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, which you agree to comply with.

Fees, payment terms, and service scope are set forth in a separate written agreement between Advantage Agency and the client. Advertising media budgets are typically paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms unless otherwise agreed.

You agree not to use the website or services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, harassing, or unlawful content; (c) interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.

The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advantage Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advantage Agency and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Program Description.
